This all-metal fire extinguisher is an extremely durable stored pressure model having a 12 year intended life span.  Under NFPA requirements, stored pressure disposable fire extinguisher models do not require six year internal maintenance examinations.

The compact and streamlined design of the Badger Model YB-2.5 incorporates a protective tape locking seal over the bottom of the handle, which eliminates the need for a locking pull pin, making it ideal for mounting in smaller areas.  Each fire extinguisher comes with a US Coast Guard approved MB255 metal mounting bracket.

The "Multipurpose" extinguishing agent is effective for fighting the Class A, B and C types of fires that typically occur in commercial and domestic applications.
